Hello.

Using Ms Word again as there is no internet here. Yesterday was Daddy's birthday and we had this sushi buffet dinner ad god. I ate so much! In the morning we had our 2.4 km NAFA run and I had burned a bit of fats but after that dinner I totally gained back everything and even more! Nafa was tiring as I have not ran for such a long time Haha. I know I'm a super lazy bum.

But anyway, I got a crap timing of I think 14.45. I didn't really hear my timing as I was about to faint when I finally finish my run. My it was about there and wow, what was the timing for A? 14.30!!!!!! DAMN. 15 SECONDS!!!!!!! All well whatever. Anyway I'm already getting a NIL. I can't do the freaking pull-ups and standing broad jumps for nuts. My sit-ups are perfectly fine but what's the use.

Ah well. Whatever, anyway I totally gained so much fats after dinner. We went to somewhere downtown (near the Singapore River area) and we had this Japanese food buffet. It costs like $30 per person and there were 5 of us so we were like ok. We have to eat $150 worth of food! We ordered tons of sashimi, because it costs quite a lot and I was like totally OVER-EATING. All those salmon is killing me. So much fats but yet still so nice. It was sort of impossible to stop. We only stop because more and more people came in and they were taking a longer time to serve us and we figured out the chef must have made a mental note saying "Oh! This table? Eat too much already. Prepare more and we'll be at a loss."

LOL. Even the waiter and waitress was like staring at how fast we managed to finish our food . when we asked for like 2 bowls , they gave us a super huge bowl instead. Haha. It was hilarious observing their reactions. And did I mention that we went to the exactly same place last year too. For father's day I think, and guess what? The table they reserved was at the exact same place as last year! How incredible.
